Before work starts
Cancel before requirements are accepted and delivery has begun for a full refund of the amount paid.
After work starts
Once delivery is under way, refunds are pro-rated against completed milestones. Completed and accepted milestones are non-refundable.
Revisions instead of refunds
If a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, we correct it under the revision allowance for that package before any refund is considered.
How to request
Raise the request from the project page in your account. We respond within two working days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
