Each service package lists its deliverables, revision allowance and indicative delivery time. Delivery timelines start once complete requirements and any required inputs are received.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, and lawful rights to any content, data or credentials you supply.
Pricing and taxes
Prices are shown in your selected regional currency. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your billing country.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you, except for third-party components and DDCS pre-existing tools, which are licensed for use within the deliverable.
Confidentiality
Both parties keep commercially sensitive information confidential. We reference engagements publicly only in anonymised form unless you approve otherwise.
